- Role :
- Full-Stack Developer

My Role :
Full-Stack Developer, end-to-end development. I built Sha7en myself from start to finish, covering every part of the application:
- Frontend development and user interface implementation
- Backend development and application logic
- API development and integration
- WhatsApp integration
- Salla e-commerce integration
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- User roles and permissions
- Integration between the frontend, backend and external services
- Overall application implementation and functionality
Key Features :
- CRM platform for managing customers
- WhatsApp integration
- Salla e-commerce integration
- Role-based access control (RBAC)
- User roles and permissions
- Arabic and English interface
- Built end to end as a full-stack application
Problem :
Shahen Al-Oula for Solar Energy provides solar energy solutions for residential, commercial and industrial clients. A business like this has to keep track of its customers, stay in touch with them on the channels they actually use, such as WhatsApp, and connect that work with its Salla online store.
In general, when customer records, conversations and store activity live in separate tools, and everyone on a team has the same access, information is easy to lose and hard to control. Sha7en was built to bring these together in one CRM, with what each person can see and do shaped by their role.

Challenge :
I built Sha7en end to end, so every layer was mine: the Next.js frontend and its interface, the Node.js backend and application logic, and the APIs that connect them.
The platform also had to work with two external services: WhatsApp, integrated with the CRM’s workflows, and Salla, whose e-commerce functionality had to fit into the same system.
On top of that came role-based access control: user roles and permissions that decide what each team member can see and do across the application. Keeping the frontend, backend and these integrations working together as one coherent product was the core of the work.
Summary :
Sha7en is a CRM platform built for Shahen Al-Oula for Solar Energy. It brings customer management together with WhatsApp and Salla e-commerce integrations, and controls access through role-based permissions, so each user works with the tools and data their role allows. Its interface is available in Arabic and English.
As the Full-Stack Developer, I was responsible for the entire implementation, from the frontend and backend to the APIs and integrations, built with Next.js and Node.js.
