Problem :
Jowfe Caravans is a transport company offering transfer, shipping, reception and warranty services. The design answers two needs at once: a public website that presents the company, its services, history and partners, and a place where customers can follow their shipments.

Solution :
The landing page moves from a full-width hero with a desert road and a truck to the four services, a timeline of the company’s history, a tracking section with a map, its experience, its partners and a contact form.
For customers, the design adds a list of their previous shipments, tracking by shipment ID or policy number, and a shipment details page that shows its status in four steps (placed, confirmed, processed and delivered) beside a map of its route, along with a sign-in screen.

Challenge :
The design had to bring a company website and a customer tool into one consistent experience: the same header, footer and visual style carry from the marketing pages to the shipment list, tracking and details screens.
Shipment information also had to stay easy to read, with each shipment’s route, quantity, dates and status in a clear layout, and its progress shown as steps and on a map.
Summary :
Jowfe Caravans is a UI/UX design for a transport company’s website, designed by Ahmed Ali at MMD in Figma and Adobe Illustrator. It covers the landing page and the customer screens for shipments, tracking, shipment details and sign-in.
Its visual direction draws on the desert routes the company travels: warm sand backgrounds, gold accents and buttons, a dark header and footer, and photography of trucks and desert roads.
